The App requests access to your device's location solely to provide real-time data on nearby beaches, tides, and weather conditions. Your location data is used only for this purpose and is not stored or transmitted to our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information We use your location information only to display relevant tide and weather data within the App. This information is processed locally on your device and is not collected, stored, or shared by Digitarian Ventures LLC.

3. Third-Party Services TideRide may use third-party services, such as Apple’s location services or external weather and tide data providers, to enhance functionality. 4. Data Security Since TideRide does not store or transmit user data, there is no risk of unauthorized access or data breaches related to personal information.

5. Your Choices You may enable or disable location access at any time through your device settings. However, disabling location access will limit the App’s ability to recommend nearby beaches. You will have to search for them manually.

6. Children’s Privacy TideRide is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any personal data from children.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App and on our website. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any updates.
